We cover positive thinking where we address negative self-talk and learn how to convert low energy thinking into a force that drives us forward to excel whilst still taking account of the needs of everyone's needs. This topic comes into every conceivable element of running a business and employing staff so its imperative that everyone has some background understanding of the subject and the problems that can arise due to ignorance. We will look at the legal issues, explore our own (including mine) prejudices, how we are all discriminated against in some way and how we can be PC without going over-the-top. We also look at the value of diversity and how a diverse mixture of cultures, ages, experience, genders and abilities can make your organisation richer, more profitable and a happy place to be.
Leadership Skills - 2 days
This intensive and interactive two-day course examines the special skills you need to lead a team of people and gives the opportunity to practice and build confidence in a safe environment. We cover how to deal with conflict, motivation, body language and communciation, delegation, goal setting and lateral thinking. It is ideal for anyone new to a leadership role, staff who have recently been promoted into a team leader position or experienced team leaders who want to enhance their skills or anyone who just wants to put leadership skills on their CV ready to make their next career move.
Payment Terms
All in-house training is priced at £750 for two days, £400 per full day or £250 for half a day (plus travel expenses). VAT is inclusive.
Payment terms are 14 days with a 10% discount for prompt payment within 7 days of the course or advance payment. An additional 10% discount is available to charities.
