All in-houses courses include an initial in-depth investigation with the client in advance to tailor the training to exact business needs and ensure an outcome in line with their business plans and strategies, ensuring performance enhancement and return on investment.

Also a three-month follow-up by Felicitas to the client and participants is carried out which can be used as part of the ongoing internal evaluation process.
