How it Works

If you can refer someone to me who would benefit from coaching (please speak to them first) and you send me their contact details I'll give you a free 30 minute coaching session for each person's details you send me. 

Once that person signs up for a course of fee-based coaching, you will receive commission in the form of High Street gift vouchers (redeemable at loads of places like Boots, Woolworths, WH Smith etc) equivalent to 10% of their first fee.  At current standard rates 10% would be £3-£4.50 per session, but as most people make a block advance booking of at least four sessions it will be calculated accordingly.   So if your referal books a course of four telephone sessions you will receive £12.   If they book even more in advance your commission will be higher, but I guarantee it will never be lower than £12.

All you have to say to your referals is that I help people to change their lives making them happier, more fulfilled and successful.  Whatever difficulty they have there's a good chance that life coaching can help them to overcome it and find new solutions.  Issues of confidence, self-esteem, life direction (or "stuck in a rut"), career development and motivation are all common themes so whenever your friends, family or colleagues talk along those lines you can just ask "have you ever thought of having life coaching?"  If they say they don't know what it is, rather than trying to explain, just say you have a friend who is a professional coach who would love to tell them more about it with no obligation.  Get them to agree to you sending me their details and I'll get in touch.  You can also give them a note of my website address so that they can see for themselves and sign up to the free newsletter. 

You can redeem your own free coaching session anytime you like.  I'll send you a referral voucher valid for up to a year and you just keep a note of the reference number and quote it when you want your session. 

Single half-hour coaching sessions on their own may not always the best way forward for major life-changing goals but they can be a fantastic kick-start to your motivation and problem solving.  At this time of year they are an invaluable tool for getting your New Year's resolution off to a flying start whether that's starting a new diet, exercise programme or getting a new job.  Each session will be entirely devoted to you and your dreams.  You can take them individually or put two or three together to make longer, more substantial sessions.  The more referrals you make, the more powerful your results. 

To send your referral details to me just send me an e-mail via the contacts page including:

* Your name
* Your postal address
* Your telephone number and
* Your referral's name, postal address and telephone number

As soon as I get it I'll contact your referals and send you your coaching voucher.  Once I have a fee from your referrals I'll send you your High Street gift voucher by post. 

Christmas Special Offer

Finally, here's another great festive incentive for you.  If you can send me FIVE or more genuine referrals by Christmas, I'll throw in a bottle of Champagne as well!  (Not literally, of course!  We don't want to shake it up too much!) 


TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All referrals must be genuine to qualify for this offer.  This means that the person you are referring is over the age of 18 and has given their permission for you to forward their details to Felicitas Life Coach and they are happy to be contacted. 

The guaranteed lowest rate of £12 commission applies only when full payment is received from the client for one or more sessions at the current standard rate.  For clients paying less than the full rate per session the referee will receive the equivalent of 10% of the first fee payment or £1, whichever is highest.   

You will receive your vouchers for coaching or shopping as soon as possible and every effort will be made to ensure they reach you within 14 days of receipt of your message or payment of the client's first fee.

The Code of Pracitice will apply to all coaching clients.  Therefore, there may be some referrals who are not suitable for coaching and will not be taken on as fee-paying clients.  In this case you will not receive a shopping voucher but you will still receive a free half hour coaching session for the genuine referral. 

If for any reason a client's fee is refunded to them in the course of their coaching course, this will not affect any commission you have already received. 

This referral scheme is valid until 31 December 2007.
